Even though the game doesn't start until 7:00pm we will be at Lot7 by 9:00 am on Saturday. We plan to smoke food throughout the day so that we can have smoked pork tenderloins for lunch and bbq pulled pork sandwiches just in time for dinner before the game. Come down early and enjoy the tailgate festivities. We will have the TV's going with the best games throughout the day along with games, munchies, stretcher shots and beverages.

ESPN Gameday will be in Lincoln for the first time since 2001 plus this is the biggest game Lincoln has seen in a while. Why sit at home on your couch when you could come down, tailgate with us and soak in the true game day experience!

How can you find us in a mass of red people, you ask? If it's not real windy on game day we put an inflatable lil red and an 8 foot inflatable Bud Light bottle on top of our ambulance.

We're bringing an electric smoker and plan to smoke food throughout the day.

Lunch - smoked pork tenderloins
Dinner - bbq/smoked pulled pork sandwiches
Snacks - until it's gone we'll have cheese dip, taco inn nacho trays, meatballs, etc.

We have an assortment of "adult beverages" as well as kid-friendly and "dd" drinks

Don't forget our stretcher shots.

This week we also plan to have a tiki bar setup with white trash margarita's

The game will be televised at the Big Red Meat Wagon tailgate this week. The game is slated for a 7:00 pm prime time kickoff on ABC. We will have the satellite dish setup so the picture will be crystal clear on the new 27" LCD flatscreen that was purchased this off-season.

We tailgate with an unobstructed view of the big North video screen so whenever the game isn't televised it's the next best thing to not having a ticket!

This week we're bringing it all out! We'll have the usual ladder golf, tippy cup, stretcher shots, etc.

But...

We'll also have guitar hero and back by popular demand is the foosball table. We've expanded our tailgating space so we have more room for games now!
